At Södermalm's daily activities, we conduct daily operations according to LSS distributed across eight different addresses. We are part of the Area Provider at the Social Department of Södermalm's District Administration. Stockholm City's quality program and the focus on Stockholmers form the basis for all the work we do. We are now looking for a team leader to complement our team.

We offer

You will be part of the management team of Södermalm's daily activities, consisting of two unit managers and four team leaders. You will have team leader responsibility at two or more of our addresses. The management team meets continuously and collaborates across addresses regarding quality development and personnel planning. You will be offered a wellness allowance and discounts at all city swimming pools.

Working hours are scheduled during weekdays.

Your role

The Area Provider is on an exciting development journey, and as a team leader, you will be an important part of that journey. Your assignment includes, in consultation with the unit manager, being responsible for work management, planning, coordination, and follow-up of operations. Together with other employees in the organization, you create conditions for a safe and developing environment that promotes the individual participant. Your tasks include personnel planning, parts of recruitment, other administrative tasks, and together with the unit manager, leading and developing the operations. You actively work based on the organization's set goals and assignments and will work with quality and operational development together with the unit manager. Of course, you also contribute to a good working climate and good relationships with the participants and relatives of the organization by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, providing feedback, and affirming employees in their daily work.

Your skills and experience

To fit into the role, we believe that you:

• Have basic education as a support assistant/care assistant with a focus on disabilities
• Have good knowledge of social documentation and the establishment of implementation plans, preferably in ParaSol
• Have completed courses related to the target group, such as special pedagogy 1, autism, and neuropsychiatry, as well as low-arousal approaches.
• Are experienced in working with payroll systems, preferably Lisa Self-Service
• Have experience in LSS operations in a leading position, preferably in daily operations
• Have education and experience within the pedagogical framework

In addition, we see it as highly meritorious if you have at least 2 years of experience working in daily operations within LSS and preferably in a leading position.
